Children's Conferences

Registration Details: The
actual cost for this conference
is $45 per child. However,
only $20 is required to register
each child. The balance (an
additional $25 per child)
is due upon your arrival
at the conference. Please
note that your $20 deposit
is non-refundable!
If you would like to pay the
entire cost at the time of
registration, you may do
so using either of our 2
payment options:
- If you are paying with PayPal,
simply enter the full amount
when you pay with PayPal,
rather than the deposit.
Please also make a note in
the memo field when sending
the money that you are paying
the full amount, rather than
just the deposit.
- If you wish to mail a
check, select "Print and Mail" and
enclose a check with
the total amount, rather
than the just the deposit.

the check that you are
paying the full amount.
If you would like to
pay the $20 deposit only
at this time, you will
need to use the check
option. PayPal will only
process a full payment:

REFUND POLICY
In order to more effectively
serve families, we are extending
a refund policy to meet the
needs of parents whose children
might not be able to attend
our event due to unforeseen
circumstances. This policy
is as follows:
- If you have registered
and paid but are unable to
attend for any reason, please
notify us at least 7 days
before the start of the convention.
- If you notify us at least
7 days prior, you will be
sent a 90% refund of your
registration via check.
- If you do not notify us
at all, or miss the deadline
of 7 days before the conference,
we will not be able to refund
you anything.
