Deadline
Reservations must be made by May 21, 2010 in order to guarantee Convention rates.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Please review the acknowledgment for accuracy. Email confirmation will be sent if an email address is provided (preferred), or they can be faxed or mailed. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, or if you have questions, please call the SBC Housing Bureau at 1-800-974-3084 or email to sbc@experient-inc.com. Your housing acknowledgment will serve as your hotel verification as the hotel is not entitled to send confirmation.
Tax Rate and Requests
All rates are per room and are subject to 12.5% tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Deposit Required to Secure Reservation
Please complete the credit card information entirely. Requests received without complete credit card information will be returned and will not be processed. The hotel holding your reservation may charge credit card deposits on or after 5/21/10. Credit Cards must be valid through 6/30/10 in order to be considered a proper deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled on or after 5/21/10 and prior to 72 hours before arrival date may result in forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
