There are so many great ways that you can volunteer for this year's convention. Please take a look at the list below and let us know which one best fits you.
• Volunteer Positions:
First Aid
* RN or Doctor
* Provide and handout medication such as Tylenol, Aleve, etc.
* Provide band-aids for blisters and/or minor cuts
* Provide assistance with those needing their blood pressure checked
* EMT’s will be on site throughout the entire convention for major medical needs
Information Booth
* Familiar with the Phoenix area
* Oversee the message board that will have non-emergency messages on it.
* Information for the booth will be provided for your convenience to use and distribute.
* Information notebooks will be provided for booth workers only
* A facility layout will be prepared for directions and where officers/functions will be held
* Volunteers will stand most of the time
Registration Booth
* Register those individuals that did not pre-register
* Check in those individuals that pre-registered
* A facility layout will be prepared for directions and where offices/functions will be held
Transportation
* Volunteer will check in other volunteers who need to be transported to the convention center
* Volunteer will stand outside the buses with a sign that will help other volunteers know that the bus is ready to receive passengers
* Transport VOLUNTEERS back and forth to convention center
* A facility layout will be prepared for directions and where offices/functions will be held
Ushers
* Friendly
* Collect offering during the Pastors’ Conference and collect ballots as directed by the Convention Registration Secretary
* Ushers will help individuals to their seats
* An Usher-specific facility layout will be provided once the sections have been determined
Preschool Childcare
* Provide childcare for those out-of-town attendees that have brought their children with them to the Convention
* Nationwide background check is required to volunteer with the preschoolers
* A facility layout will be prepared for directions and where offices/functions will be held
